Police are searching for clues in the mysterious death of two siblings found hanging from basement rafters with chairs tipped over nearby.
The State Police reported that Conner Snyder, 8, and his sister Brinley Snyder, 4, were found in cardiac arrest hanging from the basement support beam by their mother on September, 23. A wire dog lead with a plastic coating that was used to attach the family dog was used in the hanging.
On their way to the hospital, medics were able to revive the children. But they ultimately died on Sept. 26 after being removed from life support within 14 minutes of each other.
The victims have been living at the home with their mother and a teenage brother.
