The court records show that a 21-year-old man was sentenced to 10 days in prison after sleeping too long and failing a jury duty.

Deandre Somerville, of West Palm Beach, Florida, was found in contempt of court in September by a circuit court judge. Somerville did not have a criminal record before the judge's decision.
