Pastor's wife run over and killed by three carjacking suspects

Three teens have been arrested after allegedly carjacking and killing a New Orleans pastor's wife.

Jeannot Franco Plessy,49 , was pulled from a car and thrown to the ground when she stopped in front of her daughter's home on Nov. 27. The three suspects reversed the vehicle as her son-in-law tried to stop them amd ran over her.

Plessy died that night of blunt force trauma. Her son-in-law suffered head injuries.

18-year-old Edwin Cottrell and another juvenile were charged with being principals to second-degree murder and principals to carjacking. A third suspect, 17, was charged with second degree murder and carjacking.

The victim was a mother-of-five who was a domestic abuse survivor, who co-founded outreach ministry Crossover Christian Fellowship.
