Arkansas tragic school bus crash:One child was killed,45 other people were injured.

A tragic school bus crash leads to the death of one child and the injury of 45 other people, their ages range between 8 and 12 in Arkansas Highway early Monday.

the bus was traveling from Texas to Memphis, Tennessee when it flipped at the 111-mile marker along Interstate 30 at around 2:40 a.m.

The bus driver survived the crash and undergoing questions from the state troopers who were trying to discover what happened early Monday.

the team, based out of Sherwood Middle School, was headed back to Memphis after an all-star game in Dallas.

the team had played in a championship game a short time before the crash.

According to Arkansas State Police, the bus driver said she “lost control of the vehicle causing it to roll off Interstate 30.” But authorities have not revealed why.

20 of the injured children were taken to The Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock while The other injured are being treated at hospitals in Saline and Pulaski Counties.

The bus is owned by Scott Shuttle Service based in Somerville, Tenn.
