A Facebook employee died Thursday after jumping from the fourth floor of a building at the company's headquarters in Silicon Valley, police and reporters said.
The man jumped from a building at the tech giant's campus in Menlo Park, California, around 11:30 am, police said.
Preliminary investigation revealed no signs of foul play, police said.
A spokeswoman for Facebook confirmed the incident and said the company was reaching out to the worker's family.
The employee was a full-time software engineer at Facebook.
