The Bridgetown Police Department have revealed new details about a suspect who may have lured a missing 5-year-old girl into his red van on Monday afternoon.
The new revelations came as an effort to find Dulce Maria Alavez who went missing as she played with her younger brother in a playground.
The suspect is described as a light-skinned man with a thin build and no facial hair and acne. He is between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8 and wearing orange sneakers, red pants, and a black shirt.
The search for the missing girl was conducted on foot and by helicopter. Authorities brought K-9 units and many community members gathered at the park on Tuesday morning trying to find the girl: "We are exhausting all efforts at this time to locate the child," police chief Michael Gaimari said.
