A newlywed couple was killed in Orange County, Texas, in a car accident just after planning their wedding ceremony.
Harley Joe Morgan, 19, and Rhiannon Boudreaux Morgan, 20, had just left the courtroom of Justice of the Peace Dubose-Simonton around 3 pm
According to the Orange Police Department, when school lovers 2004 Chevrolet was struck by a 2015 Ford F-250 pickup truck towing a trailer carrying a tractor after pulling onto Highway 87 South, they both were tragically killed at the scene. The groom's sister and mother, who followed the newlyweds after the ceremony, witnessed this, according to KFDM.
The husband's mother, Kennia Lashwana Morgan, told the TV channel that the couple had not been married five minutes before the accident.
It was not immediately known whether the driver, unscathed by the accident, would be prosecuted.
