A surveillance video landed A California woman in custody after showing her dragging a McDonald's employee and punching her, her reasons for the assault was I did not get enough ketchup.

24-years-old Mayra Bernice Gallo was arrested at her Santa Ana home on Tuesday.

Police had released surveillance video of the incident that they said showed a suspect walking into a McDonald’s on Oct. 27 and becoming violent.

Gallo had ordered food through the McDonald’s drive-thru before entering a back door to the restaurant used by employees, so she could ask for ketchup, Santa Ana police said. The employee told Gallo they would be “glad” to help if she went to the front of the restaurant, however, the young girl took it as an offense and became violent.

according to officials she dragged the employee, punched her, and chocked her while another employee was trying to stop her.

gallo did not let go of the employee until an unidentified man believed to be with the suspect entered the restaurant that the woman left.

Gallo was charged with suspicion of assault at the Santa Ana Police Department Jail.
