The slain body of a former NFL lineman was found along with that of his wife inside their rural home on Wednesday as police are looking for the couple's son who is considered as the main suspect in the murders.

Barry Bennett and his wife Carol were both 63-year-old and were described by friends and family members as good people: "It hit hard this morning," said Jon Kringen, superintendent for the Crey Eagle School District. "Everyone was in shock when they heard. It's impossible to comprehend that this could happen. People are lost for understanding."
