Toledo police revealed that the second suspect involved in the killing of Da’Quan Jordan got arrested and is facing charges of aggravated robbery and murder after an anonymous phone calls at Jones Leadership Academy.
Da’Quan Jordan was found dead on March 17, 2018, just before 8:00 a.m. at 5450 Dorr St. suffering from a gunshot wound.
on Wednesday, 18-year-old Marwan Lamb of Toledo was arrested and charged with the crime.
Randal Mullins was arrested by Toledo Police On November 14, 2018, for his involvement in the crime.
Officers initiated an investigatory stop to a vehicle after a call of two suspicious persons in a car near Jones Leadership Academy.
the driver, later identified as Marwan Lamb, fled on foot, the second suspect in the vehicle, later identified as a 16 year-old runaway,hid a backpack in a trash can inside Jones Leadership Academy.
The backpack contained a firearm and the vehicle was found to be stolen.
Lamb was taken into custody;police believe that Lamb has a link to the murder of Jordan.
