A Florida woman was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot at the elementary school in which her children were being transferred, according to a report.

Miranda Perez, 28, is accused of making threatening remarks about Barton Elementary School in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, during a Facebook video chat with a friend around 8 am Sunday, according to WPTV .

His comments were reported to the authorities, without specifying who reported it.

Perez admitted to having sent the messages during her interview with detectives, but she insisted that they were empty threats, according to the report.

During the original video conversation, Perez also reported in a strange way that she was considering sending a request to a Facebook friend to Zachary Cruz "because she likes" violent things, "according to the report of her arrest.

Zachary Cruz is the brother of 20-year-old Nikolas Cruz - the declared mass murderer - who in 1788 killed 17 people at Florida's Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
