A wanted gang member hiding from police took shelter in barber shop inches away from its owners.
In the surveillance video, Michael Farinas can be seen entering an office at the shop where two children were asleep, and trying to hide himself under a cloth and table, while an officer walks by the window looking for him. He later lift the cloth off the table he was hiding under, and tell the present family members something. The family ran from the room and alerted police outside. Farinas was arrested, he reportedly kicked an officer in the face as he was put into the patrol car.
The barbershop owner Laura Rodriguez said they were alerted of a suspect on the loose, but they had no idea he was hiding inches away from them.
