Brooklyn resident Arleigh Louison, 53, was arrested by Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) officers who executed a federal search warrant at his office after allegedly spearheading a fraudulent scheme involving the filing of over 1,800 fake immigration applications over the past four years, according to the press release.

Louison allegedly submitted false information in the VAWA petitions so that petitioners could obtain work permits.
