Polk County news, Florida news.

A Pregnant mother of two has been arrested after she allegedly passed out while using cocaine with her two children inside a hot car.

Marsha Forrester was rushed to a nearby hospital where a C-section was performed in order to save the baby, according to Polk County Sheriff's Office.

"I'm both furious and heartbroken about this. Two small children and a baby who was due to be born soon were put into serious danger all because this woman wanted to get high," Sheriff Grady Judd said. "She chose cocaine over the safety of these little ones."

A passerby called the police to report the incident when he heard the children crying with their mother unconscious, slumped over the wheel. She was charged with two counts of negligent child abuse without great bodily harm.
