A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after he allegedly killed his girlfriend's 8-year-old son in front of his brothers.
43-year-old Keith Burley was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, kidnapping, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, and unlawful restraint. The incident occurred on Monday night as the suspect and the victim's mother got in an argument while in the car with two of her children.
The mother then left the vehicle and went to seek help when Burley took the children home and threatened them with a gun before stabbing the 8-year-old boy, yelling "die!"
"They fled the house," said police about the other children. "They went to a neighbor's house and they called 911 from there."
