A 30-year-old father has been shot and killed at the Shannon Lakes Apartment Complex off of Buffington Road Sunday night.
The victim's uncle identified him as Christopher Kindle soon after the medical examiner arrival to the shooting scene, in breezeway of a building in Union City apartment complex.
Investigators are now focusing on a car parked feet away from the breezeway where the body of the Fairburn man was found. A police captain said that an altercation leading to the gunfire occured, but isn't sure if it was inside or outside that car. According to neighbors, there were troubles outside the apartment complex days ago. There haven't been any further informations about the victim or the suspect(s) as the investigation is in process.
