The Kasem children's wrongful death suit agsinst his second wife Jean is scheduled for next spring, the conflict quite like a Hollywood drama involved his death and his fortune.

Casey Kasem was famous for his "American Top 40" radio show and as the voice of Scooby Doo's friend Shaggy. Prior to his death, he suffered from demantia in 2007 at the age of 75, he had been in and out of hospitals for months with endless legal fights over visitation among his family. Casey had an estate valued between $80 and $100 million, a fortune that intensified the war between Jean, the second wife and his three children, Kerri, Julie and Mike. Even his burial in Oslo, Norway was without his children agreement, the outcome of the case will determine who inherits Casey's fortune.
