News outlets reported that the former NFL and TCU player Aaron Brown remains into custody and was charged with injury to a child after he allegedly hit and badly injured his 11-year-old daughter on June 10.
According to court documents, the event took place at Brown's mother apartment in 14900 blocks of Westpark Drive at about 1:30 p.m.
The player entered the home to see his daughter. He then headed to his mother's bedroom where the girl was staying and asked her many times: "What did I tell you?"
Brown eventually became frustrated and hit the girl with an opened hand which caused her to fell to the floor, Brown's mother who witnessed the incident admitted to the investigators.
The girl was transferred to the hospital for additional evaluation.
