Chicago police announced the arrest of the "Empire" actor Bryshere Gray after they caught him driving without a license or insurance in the Logan Square neighborhood last Thursday morning.
Gray, 25-year-old, was apprehended on the 3000 blocks of West Wabansia Avenue at about 10:35 a.m. after officers pulled him over for a "registration issue", according to authorities.
During the investigation, Gray claimed to have a driver's license and insurance for his vehicle which was not with him at the time he was driving.
Gray faces several charges including a misdemaneor count of possession of a title or registration not authorized on a vehicle. In addition, he was cited for driving without a license or insurance.
Gray was later released after posting bond.
