Woman rammed into car thinking it carried three abducted girls

A Texas woman has been charged with DUI after she crashed into a car thinking it carried three abducted girls.

33-year-old Lauren Tincher had followed a car and chased it before ramming into it. She told officers following the crash that she had seen three girls being abducted and forced into the car. The vehicle she referred to was only carrying a couple with their 2-year-old son.

Tincher was charged with drunk driving, aggravated DUI, reckless driving, driving on a revoked license, illegal transportation of alcohol, criminal damage to property and driving an uninsured vehicle.

The suspect, who had previous convictions of DUI, is slated to appear in bond court in Will County.
