Denver Police announced Tuesday that the downtown Denver shooting was an internal conflict between members of criminal gang.
One of the two men arrested in the shooting was among the four injured people. Dashae Armstrong was charged Wednesday with possessing ammunition as a felon, and reportedly declined to give police a statement.
Another suspect, Joshua Hayward, 24, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of first -degree murder.
The shooting occurred Monday evening in the neighborhood of new apartment buildings was an exchange of gunfire between the two arrested men and not a random incident . Federal investigators believe the person killed and the three other injured were innocent bystanders.
