Pittsburgh news, Pennsylvania news.

A Pittsburgh Uber driver who has kidnapped two women on May 11, is now accused of kidnapping a third victim that night, authorities said.

The Pittsburgh Police Department confirmed that Richard Lomotey was apprehended Monday and faces a new additional kidnapping charge after the third alleged victim's accusation.

The three women claimed that Lomotey intentionally locked them inside the vehicle during the Uber rides, asked them about their relationships' issues and kept saying "you're not going anywhere." He has also refused to use the Uber app. They all entered in an aggressive fight with Lomotey before escaping.

"What's been described is unacceptable ... We stand ready to cooperate with law enforcement to support their investigations," an Uber spokesman told reporters.
