Santa Ana news, California news.

The Federals have failed in their efforts to ban the group of Mongolian bikers from using the logo that shows a Genghis Khan runner to hue on a helicopter as their logo.

The club was fined $ 500,000 in a case of racketeering and conspiracy.

On Friday in Santa Ana, California, a federal judge rejected the government's effort to abandon the club's logo.

US District Judge David O. Carter has already invoked freedom of expression.

The Mongols were founded in 1969 in Los Angeles and have around 1,000 members worldwide, according to Reuters.
