Two brothers were reportedly kidnapped after they failed to pay an amount of pot they purchased from a drug dealer who asked for ransom from their family.

The suspect, Juan Canchola, 24-year-old, was charged with kidnapping for ransom and false imprisonment after he allegedly kidnapped the brothers, tied them using duct tape and zip ties. He allegedly told authorities he did so in order to get the ransom and pay for the amount of marijuana they didn't pay.

The identities of the brothers were not revealed.
