commander of a Staten Island caught on audio allegedly threatening to kill subordinate fellow cops.

the potential deputy inspector in Staten Island was caught off guard after an audio of him threatening to kill his fellow subordinates cops if they don't abide by his orders.

the clip which is 21 sec was handed by a police source Sunday; the audio contains captain Kenneth S. Noonan warning underlings that he would not adopt the old culture that says the one-two-three precinct is dead and he threatened that he would kill anyone clinging to that culture.

noonan will be promoted this week to be a deputy inspector; while The president of the NYPD sergeants union joined about six cops to protest against this promotion.
