Former Ohio judge in custody after stabbing wife to death

A former Ohio judge was arrested after he allegedly stabbed and killed wife, Aisha Fraser, at her home in the city of Shaker Heights on Saturday.

The wife's body was found in the driveway of her home, as the suspect crashed into a police car near the scene and had to be hospitalized.

Back in 2014, Mason punched Fraser 20 times slamming her head into the dashboard the armrest and passenger window of his car, while their six and four-year daughters wached the assault that left the mother with severe injuries, and broken orbital bone, she even required a reconstructive surgery.

At the time, the former judge was sentenced to 24 months in prison for assault, but served just nine.

He was also removed from his podition as a judge.
