Samuel Little also known as Samuel McDowell, has certainly become one of the most prolific serial killers after he claimed killing 90 people over four decades.

The 78-year-old is serving a life sentence for three murder in California, where he confessed to investigators about two of his crimes, related to the 1982 murder of Dorothy Richard, and the 1996 of Daisy McGuire. Police in Georgia also issued on Friday that Little's confessions allowed them to close two other murder cases, one from 1977 and another from 1982.

Ector County district attorney Bobby Bland said: "Little will be confirmed as one of, if not the most, prolific serial killers in US history", "Justice for the victims of Samuel Little may have been delayed, but because of these efforts, justice is no longer denied."
