News outlets reported that a wrestling coach remains in prison after he was captured attacking a player during a competition that took place in Pittsburg.
In a video captured by a witness who attended the event that took place inside the University of Pittersburg on March 16, 51-year-old Eric Angle was seen tossing a 12-year-old player to the floor after he picked him up by the neck.
In a statement, the chairperson of Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling said: "We immediately took action and Angle was ejected from the building. Eric has no affiliation with Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling nor has he ever been employed."
Junior wrestlers often had possibility to bring their chosen coaches during competitions.
