Authorities arrested on Monday the mother of the 9-year-old girl who was found dead inside a bag in Hacienda Heights, after the arrest of another suspect on March 9.
Taquesta Graham, 28-year-old, is expected to be charged on Wednesday in connection to her daughter, Trinity Love Jones' murder.
The girl lived with her mother and a friend in their vehicle and were homeless for the last 10 months. Investigators believed the girl's body was left on March 1 until it was found five days later.
The girl's family said that she had always dreamed of becoming a princess. Her father stated on a video that expressed his sorrow: "She can't tell me how much she loves me, she can't tell me how much she miss me," he said.
