New York news.

The main suspect in the case of the Gambino boss' killing is scheduled to stand before court on Monday.

Anthony Comello, 24, is accused of shooting dead Francesco "Franky Boy" Cali, the boss of the infamous mob crime Gambino family.

The last Wednesday murder was caught in a footage that showed the suspect crashing his blue pickup truck into the boss' parked SUV, apparently in an attempt to lure him outside. He then fired six bullets at Cali using a 9mm firearm, according to officials.

The motive for the killing remains unclear.

"Franky Boy"s murder marks the first gang boss murder to happen in New York in over that three decades.

Investigation continues in order to determine if the killing has to do with mafia.
