News outlets reported that a man had been taken into custody after he allegedly stabbed another and a kid amid a family argument in Vacaville late Friday.
According to police, the incident took place at a residence located in the 200 block of Mono Drive at 6 p.m. A 36-year-old man whose identity was not publicly revealed along with his 38-year-old friend Bernard Howard entered in a fight with hands with an elderly man.
police said that the two younger men were reported to have "aggressively attacked the older individual, who in an effort to protect himself, retrieved a knife. Another young relative in the house, a 12-year-old boy, attempted to stop the men from assaulting the older man."
Reports said that the boy was suffering cut on his forearm during the fight.
