An upset Florida wife was held under custody after she allegedly shot her husband who disturbed her because of his loud snoring, according to police.
Source media said that 47-year-old Lorie Morin shot his husband whose identity was not released at their home late Wednesday night. She was formally charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery.
According to the couple's claims, the shooting was an accident.
It is believed that the incident happened amid a domestic violence concerning the husband's snoring. Both Morin and the man were intoxicated at the time of the shooting.
Their neighbor said: "It's so stupid, so bizarre that I can't imagine that kind of behavior."
