A California homeless man was arrested after he tried to hijack a bus full of elementary school children in Fresno.
He apparently wanted to take them to a Southern California mission to visit Jesus, according to what police officials revealed. Christopher Martinez, 47-years-old, wasn't successful in this attack, thanks to the brave acts of the driver, one of the teachers and a gas station clerk who intervened to stop the attacker and force him to leave the bus. A thing he lately did and then he got detained by police.
About 41 students were then left frightened, they were on board of the hijacked bus, but at least they escaped from this adventure safe. As for the man, he was held on a $27,500 bond into Frenso County jail for attempted kidnapping and carjacking.
