More than an hour lock-down at Union City High School following 2 students' stabbing

A 15-year-old student has been arrested after he allegedly stabbed two other teenagers who attended the James Logan high school last Friday.

A press document from the Union City police department stated that the attack occurred in Logan High School at around 10:35 a.m.

The teenager was arrested at the Mexico Super grocery store in Hayward which is located within two miles from the crime scene.

Officials locked down the campus as they looked for the suspect, reports said. He faces charges of attempted murder.

Authorities believe that the juvenile is the only person responsible of the crime.

The 16-year-old victims were transferred to the hospital. One of them sustained stab wounds in the abdomen while the other suffered minor wounds.
