Missouri nurse allegedly kills husband, set fire to conceal crime

According to court documents, a Missouri nurse has been charged with murder and arson in the death of her husband with the wish to marry a sentenced to life prisoner.

Amy Murray allegedly poisoned Joshua Murray in December before sitting fire in order to cover up her horrific acts.

Reports said that the wife was a nurse in a Missouri Jefferson City Correctional Facility in which she met her future fiance Eugene Claypool who was serving a life sentence in jail since 2000 for the death of a $1,7 million lottery winner.

Authorities have arrested Murray early this month and she was formally charged with several counts including first-degree murder, second-degree murder and armed criminal action. Her bail is set on a $750,000.
