Five family members including a 15-month-old infant were discovered shot to death at their Blanchard home in east Texas, according to authorities.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office responded to an emergency call from a woman who claimed locking herself in a bedroom after hearing noises and commotion. Responding officers arrived to find the five family members fatally shot. Officials described the crime scene as "horrific" and identified the victims as 54-year-old Randy Horn, his 27-year-old wife Ashley Delaney, their 15-month-old baby, and Delaney's in-laws Carlos and Linda Delaney, respectively 74 and 72-year-old.
The tipster who had been locking herself in the bedroom was identified as the mother of a victim. Her identity was still unclear and was reportedly unharmed.
