Authorities have arrested an Iowa man after allegedly stole his ex-roommate's cat and posted a shocking video showing the animal's torture.
The event happened in Benton County on Feb. 1 when 30-year-old Chad Toney illegally entered into the house of his former roommate and took his beloved cat Gladys.
He had later posted a video and photos displaying the pet's abuse.
Gladys appeared to be malnourished and left in the cold for a while with a wire placed around its neck and head stuffed into snow.
The horrific video footage outraged the cat's Owner Kimm Spencer who immediately called the police.
The suspect has multiples charges pending against him including animal abuse and third-degree burglary, police said.
