Nurse confesses to tampering with Colorado missing mom's cellphone

A Colorado woman has admitted the charge of tampering with evidence after she allegedly took the Colorado missing mom's cellphone to mislead the investigation.

Krystal Jean Lee Kenney, 32-year-old, pleaded guilty to the charge related to Kelsey Berreth's death. She also accepted to testify against Patrick Frazee, the victim's fiance and the main suspect of her murder.

The Hansen, Idaho nurse is the latest person to be charged in connection with the high-profile case after Frazee who was charged in December with murder and solicitation of murder.

The 29-year-old mother went missing on Thanksgiving day. Investigators believe she was killed at her home around that day. Her body hasn't been found.
