According to the authorities, 58-year-old Willie Shorter was arrested on Wednesday for lustful battery charges on a disabled person.
According to an affidavit on the arrest, Shorter could have taken care of adult clients in a Rockledge establishment.
In 2015, staff members discovered that the clientele was pregnant. The police state in the affidavit that the woman has the mental capacity of a small child. The baby was born a few months later and was adopted by the woman's family.
According to the authorities, Shorter had sexual contact with the woman. The investigators said that a sample of Shorter's DNA had been compared to the child. So Shorter was arrested on Wednesday.
