The Colorado missing mom's fiance was charged with five felony counts including murder in connection with her Thanksgiving day's disappearance.
Patrick Frazee, 32, appeared in court, to be charged with first-degree murder, first-degree felony murder and three counts of solicitation to commit first-degree murder. He was also accused of conspiring with another person to kill 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth on three occasions between Sept. 1 and Nov. 1.
The flight instructor, who is also a mother of a 1-year-old girl, was last seen shopping on a surveillance video on Thanksgiving day.
Frazee told investigators he saw her later that day to exchange the custody of their daughter, Kaylee. Berreth is now believed to have been killed after the exchange. Her body has not been found.
