After her accusation, a woman must appear in court today after stabbing her husband to death.
Witnesses said the crime was committed and Teresa Post stabbed her husband, David Perkins, to death after being asked to divorce.
According to a police report, the call took place Thursday night in Percler.
After confessing the crime, the police said that Teresa was arguing with her husband when he went out and knelt beside their car. She was already holding a kitchen knife and came out when she thought David was cutting the tires, after she saw a box in his hand, she pushed him and stabbed him.
The couple is only married since November.
It is a charge of second degree murder.
