A Georgia businessman has reportedly vanished with about $1 million after been accused of cheating five Football Fans in relation with a Super Bowl scam, authorities said.

The manhunt is still underway to find Ketan Shah who had a sort of lottery where he planned to sell Super Bowl tickets to the first 250 persons that paid for them.

A Gwinnett County police spokesperson stated: "It's not that he posted some ad and random people are contacting this guy for tickets and being scammed."

According to police the businessman's wife and daughter had no knowledge of his scam planning. They supposed that he fled away to Las Vegas.

Shah could face many theft by deception charges if he doesn't return tickets on Sunday, the Gwinnett County police spokesperson said.
