The "suspicious death" of a Florida private citizen who was personally investigating the death of the Florida mom Michelle O'Connell killed on Sept. 2, 2010 is still investigated.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, the man was discovered dead Thursday morning at his car in the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida. His name has not been released.
The victim had reportedly asked for several public records in relation to O'Connell's, 24, death.
O'Connell who had a 4-year-old daughter was discovered suffering from gunshot injury and was bleeding on the bedroom floor, authorities said.
Although her death was described as a suicide act, her family insisted it was a homicide crime.
