A local official said that the 62-year-old Wisconsin man who was discovered in his home's backyard dead was "frozen solid."
According to reports, the co-workers of the dead man called police when he didn't join his job which was not normal for them.
The operation manager at the Milwaukee County medical examiner's office Karen Domagalski claimed that the identity of the man was not been released at this moment. He reportedly has not resisted the bad weather as he didn't have enough clothes.
The investigation is ongoing regarding the incident. His death is considered as the third weather-related death in Milwaukee County during the current week.
The man's neighbors usually watched him walking across the street with his owned dog.
