Tennessee woman taking a few chugs of beer during arrest after high-speed chase

Authorities said a Tennessee woman who was about to be arrested on Monday after a high speed chase was seen on live video with a beer.

Julia Myers, 22, of Maryville, reportedly waved a Bud Light beer in front of Blount County sheriff's deputies in a lawsuit near a school, the Knoxville News Sentinel reported.

Myers has been charged with more than 10 offenses, including impaired driving, the crime of arrest, reckless endangerment and aggravated assault.

Myers allegedly admitted driving while intoxicated. She reportedly told the police that they had started a fifth of the alcohol at 9:45 and had gone to beer.

The images were obtained by the media, including WTHR-TV.

Two other men in the vehicle were ordered out of the car. It is not known if they face charges.
