Texas man pleaded guilty to murdering his estranged wife

Rodolfo Montes Arellano, a 36-year-old man from Texas, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to the murder of his ex-wife in 2016, after the woman was found with a rope tied around her neck, fastened to a concrete slab. 119 pounds, according to a report.
