Rodolfo Montes Arellano, a 36-year-old man from Texas, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to the murder of his ex-wife in 2016, after the woman was found with a rope tied around her neck, fastened to a concrete slab. 119 pounds, according to a report.
Arellano faces the death penalty, but will serve a life sentence without the possibility of parole, the Dallas Morning News reported.
