Michael Osborne, the wanted man for the murder of Joplin was captured in Washington.
Police said in a social media article from the police department:
"Osborne was arrested tonight in Washington for his homicide warrant for the murder of Shawn Rockers in Joplin." Detectives from the Joplin police had determined that Osborne had fled the area and was heading to Washington. They contacted the US Marshals Service for help, the marshals were able to locate and arrest Osborne without incident, and we thank the United States marshals for their help and the police who assisted them in Washington.

Osborne has been wanted by Joplin police since Jan. 14 after being identified as a suspect in the murder of Shawn M. Rockers, 27, of Joplin.
