A Florida woman killed her boyfriend, dismembered him in a caravan and drove him to a two-hour drive, concealing the crime for months. According to officials.
According to the Sumter County Sheriff's Office, Penny Rebecca Pospisil, 47, was arrested on Friday for second-degree murder and mutilation of a corpse.
According to the authorities, 55-year-old Anthony Mitchell died of head trauma in August after he began living with Pospisil in a motorhome village in Lake Panasoffkee, northwest of Orlando. Neighbors noticed a bad smell coming from the caravan.
In September, Pospisil drove the vehicle to Melbourne, where people also noticed an odor.
Melbourne police discovered Mitchell's body on December 30th. Police opened an investigation with Sumter County authorities, leading them to Friday's arrest near Melbourne.
