An attempted robbery in a hotel in Parramatta this morning.
Today, shortly after 1:30 am, two men, apparently armed with firearms, entered a hotel car park on Church Street, Parramatta.
The men reportedly threatened a 31-year-old security guard before fleeing into a white van empty-handed.
Officers from the Parramatta Police District Command attended the meeting and set up a crime scene.
As investigations continue, the police urge anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
