A person is missing in a river in the Shoalhaven area.
Today, Sunday, January 27, 2019, a 27-year-old man was swimming with friends in the Kangaroo River, near a campsite in Bendeela, where he was seen disappearing underwater without changing his zone.
Police learned that the man was on an inflatable mattress before his disappearance.
Emergency services were informed and a search was opened with officers from the South Coast Police District.
Police divers who are currently visiting the scene are also solicited.
